論國際商務(wù)合同中的語法隱喻

語法隱喻(以下簡(jiǎn)稱GM)理論是系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)家韓禮德開創(chuàng)的。他在1985年出版的《功能語法導(dǎo)論》中提出,隱喻現(xiàn)象不僅限于詞匯層面,而且常常發(fā)生在語法層面,這就是語法隱喻術(shù)語的由來。 在韓禮德以及國內(nèi)外其他著名學(xué)者對(duì)語法隱喻理論研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,本文采用定性和定量研究相結(jié)合的方法試圖:1)解析韓禮德1996年后修正語法隱喻理論的主要內(nèi)容,呈現(xiàn)筆者關(guān)于語法隱喻重新分類和功能提出方面的一些見解,分析其意義與缺陷;2)應(yīng)用韓禮德的語域理論,分析語域與語法隱喻的關(guān)系以及國際商務(wù)合同的語域及語言特征;3)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析36篇國際商務(wù)合同中語法隱喻的種類及分布;4)探討國際商務(wù)合同中語法隱喻的概念、人際和語篇功能以及語法隱喻對(duì)合同雙方和撰寫者的意義。 研究結(jié)果表明,1)韓禮德1996年后對(duì)語法隱喻的重新分類,極大地拓寬了語法隱喻的概念外延,更符合人類認(rèn)知發(fā)展的規(guī)律,但該分類存在對(duì)形容詞化、副介詞化、動(dòng)詞化以及名詞化的其他類型重視不足等缺陷。2)語法隱喻并不局限于科技語篇,也存在于商務(wù)、法律等抽象的書面語篇當(dāng)中。3)國際商務(wù)合同中存在三種特殊的語法隱喻現(xiàn)象,即:縮略詞的名詞化現(xiàn)象,被動(dòng)語態(tài)的形容詞化現(xiàn)象,以...
