英漢商務(wù)合同的詞匯重復(fù)對(duì)比研究

一般來(lái)說(shuō),英語(yǔ)中的重復(fù)具有修飾或強(qiáng)調(diào)作用。根據(jù)本文作者的初步觀察,重復(fù)在英語(yǔ)商務(wù)合同中經(jīng)常使用。為此,本文分析了英漢商務(wù)合同中的重復(fù)模式,主要是詞匯重復(fù)模式,探討了合同文本中詞匯重復(fù)的功能,并由此發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些啟示。 本文運(yùn)用的理論框架是Karoly(1999)的詞匯重復(fù)理論。Karoly的詞匯重復(fù)理論是在Hoey的語(yǔ)篇中的詞匯重復(fù)理論的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展而來(lái)的。她將詞匯重復(fù)類型劃分為九種:簡(jiǎn)單重復(fù)、派生重復(fù)、簡(jiǎn)單同義、派生同義、簡(jiǎn)單反義、派生反義、上下義詞、部分整體詞、情景關(guān)系詞。她認(rèn)為詞匯銜接形式就是各種詞匯重復(fù)形式,重復(fù)作為一種有效的銜接手段,在語(yǔ)篇組織上發(fā)揮著重要的銜接作用。 本文從句際和句內(nèi)兩個(gè)層面比較了英漢商務(wù)合同中的詞匯重復(fù)模式的異同。本文首先在從各種商務(wù)教材、網(wǎng)站上搜尋英語(yǔ)商務(wù)合同30篇及其漢語(yǔ)譯本30篇、漢語(yǔ)商務(wù)合同30篇,再分別從這三類合同文本中提取30個(gè)條款形成由90個(gè)合同條款組成的語(yǔ)料庫(kù),并將其作為研究對(duì)象,然后分析、對(duì)比這三類商務(wù)合同條款中的詞匯重復(fù),并計(jì)算主要詞匯重復(fù)類型在三類合同文本中所占的比例。統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,三類合同文本中主要的詞匯重復(fù)類型是簡(jiǎn)單重復(fù)、簡(jiǎn)單同義、派生...
