【摘要】：《合同法》第 1 35條規(guī)定了出賣人轉(zhuǎn)移標(biāo)的物所有權(quán)的義務(wù) ,該義務(wù)是獨(dú)立于標(biāo)的物交付義務(wù)的另一義務(wù) ,需出賣人為所有權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移的法律行為 ,該法律行為乃是獨(dú)立于買賣合同本身的一項(xiàng)法律行為 ,非指買賣合同
