【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下,和諧勞動關(guān)系有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)和員工的"互利雙贏"。為了解建筑業(yè)勞動關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀及有效構(gòu)建和諧勞動關(guān)系,隨機(jī)選取A公司225名員工進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,利用本次調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對A公司勞動關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述性研究。通過變量間的交叉分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),相對于正式員工而言,勞務(wù)派遣制員工在工資收入和福利待遇方面滿意度較低,而對《勞動合同法》的認(rèn)知程度較高,對整體工作滿意度較高,進(jìn)而深入分析產(chǎn)生差異的原因,并從勞務(wù)派遣制角度提出構(gòu)建和諧勞動關(guān)系的若干思考。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal state of economy, harmonious labor relationship is helpful to realize mutual benefit and win-win for enterprises and employees. In order to understand the current situation of labor relations in construction industry and effectively construct harmonious labor relations, 225 employees of Company A were randomly selected to carry out a questionnaire survey, and a descriptive study on the present situation of labor relations in Company A was carried out by using the survey data. Through the cross-analysis of variables, it is found that, compared with the regular employees, the employees of the labor dispatch system are less satisfied with their wages and benefits, but have a higher degree of cognition about the Labor contract Law. The overall job satisfaction is high, and the reasons for the difference are analyzed deeply, and some thoughts on the construction of harmonious labor relations are put forward from the perspective of labor dispatch system.
