以商流提質(zhì)為新增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)整體推進(jìn)流通改革

【摘要】:內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化作為國(guó)策提出十年來(lái),流通領(lǐng)域的一體化進(jìn)程緩慢,內(nèi)外貿(mào)分割的局面沒(méi)有得到根本扭轉(zhuǎn),內(nèi)外貿(mào)企業(yè)的發(fā)展都受到制約。在內(nèi)外貿(mào)相互貫通的矛盾統(tǒng)一體中,內(nèi)貿(mào)企業(yè)是矛盾產(chǎn)生的主要方面,需要按照國(guó)際商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行改革。以此為重點(diǎn),以貿(mào)易術(shù)語(yǔ)的引進(jìn)消化移植為突破口,以此撬開(kāi)橫隔在內(nèi)外貿(mào)企業(yè)間的"玻璃天花板",使各種資源在市場(chǎng)支配作用下自由流動(dòng),通過(guò)帕累托改進(jìn),釋放企業(yè)活力,歷練內(nèi)力,提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。在此過(guò)程中,貿(mào)易術(shù)語(yǔ)與市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)定價(jià)理論相結(jié)合,《通則》與合同法并用,解決一體化研究成果落地的工具和運(yùn)作方法問(wèn)題,充分調(diào)動(dòng)企業(yè)參與內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化系統(tǒng)工程的積極性。
[Abstract]:Since domestic and foreign trade integration was put forward as a national policy ten years ago, the process of integration in circulation has been slow, the situation of internal and foreign trade division has not been fundamentally reversed, and the development of domestic and foreign trade enterprises has been restricted. Domestic trade enterprises are the main aspects of contradictions, which need to be reformed in accordance with the international business model. With this as the focus, the import, digestion and transplantation of trade terms are the breakthrough points. In this way, we can pry open the "glass ceiling" between domestic and foreign trade enterprises, so that all kinds of resources can flow freely under the influence of the market. Through Pareto improvement, we can release the vitality of the enterprise, train our internal forces, and enhance our competitiveness. The combination of trade terms and marketing pricing theory, and the use of general principles with contract law, solve the problems of tools and operation methods of integration research results, and fully arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the integration system engineering of domestic and foreign trade.
