【摘要】：正在全面建成小康社會的關(guān)鍵階段,在全面深化改革的攻堅時期,黨的十八屆四中全會以依法治國為主題,吹響了建設(shè)社會主義法治國家的進(jìn)軍號。成都市金牛區(qū)人社局把學(xué)習(xí)貫徹好黨的十八屆四中全會精神作為當(dāng)前和今后一個時期的重要政治任務(wù),把全會精神落實(shí)到各項人社事業(yè)的實(shí)踐中,以公務(wù)員法、勞動合同法、就業(yè)促進(jìn)法、社會保險法等涉及人社工作的法律法規(guī)作為履行職能、依法行政的重要準(zhǔn)繩和依據(jù),全面推進(jìn)"法治人社"建設(shè),全力提高依法行政能力。以法律為準(zhǔn)繩推進(jìn)人社各項工作
