【摘要】：信賴(lài)?yán)鎿p害賠償制度是基于民法誠(chéng)實(shí)信用原則與社會(huì)信用的擴(kuò)張而設(shè)立的。我國(guó)立法應(yīng)對(duì)信賴(lài)?yán)娴膿p害賠償范圍進(jìn)行明確的界定。信賴(lài)?yán)娴膿p害賠償范圍包括間接財(cái)產(chǎn)損失與非財(cái)產(chǎn)損害,且損害賠償范圍受履行利益以及《合同法》上相關(guān)規(guī)則的限制。
[Abstract]:The compensation system of trust benefit is established based on the principle of honesty and credibility of civil law and the expansion of social credit . Our legislation should clearly define the scope of compensation for the benefit of compensation . The scope of damage compensation includes indirect property loss and non - property damage , and the scope of damage compensation is limited by the performance benefits and the relevant rules in the contract law .
