【摘要】：正倉單是現(xiàn)代社會中的重要單證,隨著商貿(mào)交易和物流業(yè)的發(fā)展,倉單的作用更加豐富。因此,有必要研究關(guān)于倉單的學(xué)問。我國的合同法規(guī)定,倉單是提取倉儲物的憑證。存貨人交付倉儲物的,保管人應(yīng)當(dāng)給付倉單。保管人應(yīng)當(dāng)在倉單上簽字或者蓋章。倉單包括下列事項:存貨人的名稱或者姓名和住所;倉儲物的品種、數(shù)量、質(zhì)量、包裝、件數(shù)和標(biāo)記;倉儲物的損耗標(biāo)準(zhǔn);儲存場所;儲存期間;倉儲費;倉儲物已經(jīng)辦理保險的,其保險金額、期間以及保險人的名稱;
[Abstract]:The warehouse receipt is an important document in the modern society. With the trade trade and the development of the logistics industry, the function of the warehouse receipt is more abundant. Therefore, it is necessary to study the knowledge about the warehouse receipt. The contract law of our country stipulates that the warehouse receipt is the voucher for the storage of the goods. The depositor shall pay the warehouse receipt by the depositor to deliver the goods. The depositary shall sign or seal the warehouse receipt. Warehouse receipts include the following items: the name of the depositor or name and domicile; storedproducted varieties, quantity, quality, packaging, and marking number; loss standard storage; storage; storage; storage; the goods are insured, the name of the insured amount, the insured period and;
