【摘要】：國(guó)籍法是近代西方法制文明的產(chǎn)物。20世紀(jì)初,受國(guó)內(nèi)外移民潮和局勢(shì)變化以及《萬(wàn)國(guó)公法》影響的清政府,以資本主義國(guó)家近代法律為藍(lán)本,參照中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)律例,制定了中國(guó)的第一部成文國(guó)籍法——《大清國(guó)籍條例》�！洞笄鍑�(guó)籍條例》的制定和頒布是中國(guó)成文國(guó)籍法史的開端。
[Abstract]:Nationality law is the product of modern western legal civilization. At the beginning of the 20th century, the Qing government, which was influenced by the tide of emigration at home and abroad and the change of the situation and the "Public Law of all Nations", took the modern laws of capitalist countries as its model and referred to the Chinese traditional laws and regulations. The enactment and promulgation of the first written nationality Law of China, the nationality regulations of the Qing Dynasty, is the beginning of the history of the Chinese nationality Law.
