【摘要】：老齡問題實質(zhì)是社會問題,也是國際社會問題,國際社會中各個國家或大多數(shù)國家都面臨老齡以及應(yīng)對老齡化問題,老齡化趨勢開始凸現(xiàn)國際化。所以,應(yīng)對老齡化僅僅采用國內(nèi)政策以及國內(nèi)法不足以解決,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化之后老齡化需要多元治理,即采用國內(nèi)政策與國際政策、國內(nèi)法與國際法多元治理的新治理方案與新方法。特別是,對老齡國際化問題運(yùn)用國際化方法,由國際社會共同應(yīng)對協(xié)調(diào),堅持國際法律意識,積極合作治理老齡化問題。
[Abstract]:The problem of ageing is in essence a social problem, and it is also a problem of the international community. Every country or most of the countries in the international community are facing the problem of ageing and coping with the problem of aging, and the trend of aging is beginning to become international. Therefore, domestic policies and domestic laws alone are not enough to deal with ageing. Economic globalization requires multiple governance, that is, the adoption of domestic and international policies. The new governance scheme and new method of pluralistic governance of domestic law and international law. In particular, we should apply international methods to the internationalization of ageing, and the international community should work together to coordinate, adhere to the international legal consciousness, and actively cooperate to deal with the problem of aging.
