【摘要】：正2017年6月9日至10日,由浙江大學光華法學院、中國法學會《中國法學》編輯部以及杭州國際仲裁院共同主辦的"‘一帶一路’法律供給與爭端解決"研討會在杭州順利舉行。來自浙江大學、中國人民大學、北京大學、復旦大學、中國社會科學院、西北政法大學、山東大學、牛津大學等國內外著名高校的法學專家,中國法學會、杭州國際仲裁院和部分在杭大型企事業(yè)單位、律師事務所的領導嘉賓,以及浙大光華法學院的研究生、留學生等共八十余人參加了這次會議。會議開幕式上,國家"千人計劃"、浙江大學文科資深教授、杭州國際仲裁院院長王貴國,中國人民大學法學院教授、
