【摘要】：在公司實(shí)踐中,時(shí)常由于股東之間抱有成見,形成公司僵局。公司僵局使公司的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營無法正常進(jìn)行,股東的利益受到嚴(yán)重?fù)p害,甚至危及公司的存亡。2005年修訂后的《公司法》為公司僵局的解決提供了有效途徑,通過股權(quán)收購和強(qiáng)制解散公司,股東可以減少損失,化解公司僵局。
[Abstract]:In the company practice, often because the shareholder holds the prejudice, forms the company deadlock. The deadlock of the company makes the production and operation of the company unable to carry out normally, the interests of the shareholders are seriously damaged, and even endangers the survival of the company. The revised Company Law in 2005 provides an effective way to resolve the deadlock of the company. Through equity acquisition and forced dissolution of the company, shareholders can reduce losses and resolve the corporate deadlock.
