【摘要】：以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為特征的信息技術(shù)在深刻影響著法院審判工作和法官教育培訓工作,本文立足于司法信息化建設(shè)的背景,詳細考察了韓國法官教育培訓的基本定位、法官網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓、法官培訓體系和方法等方面內(nèi)容,并從中韓比較的視角提出了加強我國法官教育培訓工作、完善法官網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓體系、完善法官培訓課程的體系化和標準化建設(shè)、以案例為載體提升法官教育水平等觀點。
[Abstract]:The information technology, characterized by the Internet, has a profound impact on the judicial work and the education and training of judges. This paper, based on the background of the construction of judicial information, examines in detail the basic orientation of the education and training of Korean judges, and judges' network training. From the perspective of the comparison between China and South Korea, the author puts forward to strengthen the education and training of judges in China, perfect the network training system of judges, and perfect the systematization and standardization construction of the training courses for judges. Take the case as the carrier to raise the judge's education level and so on.
