【摘要】：中國古代治理國家的思想主張中,法治幾乎是與德治同時(shí)誕生的。"德主刑輔"被歷朝歷代治國者奉為圭臬,以法治國的主張及其實(shí)踐代不乏人。尤其在治貪中,重刑之法確實(shí)懲治了一大批貪官。文章從三個(gè)方面探討"法"在中國古代治國懲貪保廉中所起的作用,并分析了對(duì)當(dāng)今的廉政建設(shè)的啟示。
[Abstract]:The rule of law came into being almost at the same time with the rule of virtue in the thought of ruling the country in ancient China. "the auxiliary punishment by virtue" was accepted as the standard by those who ruled the country in the past dynasties, and there were no shortage of people in the opinion of ruling the country by law and its practice. Especially in the fight against corruption, the law of heavy punishment does punish a large number of corrupt officials. This paper discusses the role of "Law" in ancient China, and analyzes the enlightenment to the construction of clean government today.
