【摘要】：臨澤西晉墓葬出土的"建興元年臨澤縣廷決斷孫氏田塢案"簡(jiǎn)冊(cè),記載了臨澤某鄉(xiāng)里孫氏家族家庭"分戶(hù)析產(chǎn)"過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的田塢財(cái)產(chǎn)糾紛。西晉時(shí)期的河西地區(qū),口數(shù)較少的小家和大口數(shù)的家庭同時(shí)存在。河西鄉(xiāng)里居民,居住圍繞縣城周?chē)植?城內(nèi)及近郊的屬"都鄉(xiāng)",周?chē)囊涝诳h城的方位分屬東、西、南、北鄉(xiāng)管轄。
[Abstract]:The brief book of the case of Sun Shitian Wharf, which was unearthed from the tomb of Linze in the first year of Lianxing, records the dispute of the property of Tianwu in the course of the family of Sun's family in a village of Linze. In Hexi area of the Western Jin Dynasty, small families with fewer mouths and families with large mouth numbers existed at the same time. Hexi rural residents, living around the county seat around the distribution, the city and the suburbs belong to the "city", the surrounding according to the location of the county town belong to the east, west, south, north township jurisdiction.
