【摘要】：正一、作者生平及全書梗概法學(xué)原始文獻(xiàn)和文學(xué)原始文獻(xiàn)從來都是西方學(xué)者研究羅馬法的兩個(gè)支撐,在后一類文獻(xiàn)中,被利用得最多的之一是奧魯斯·杰流斯(125-180年)的《阿提卡之夜》(Noctes Atticae),它發(fā)表于159年,凡20卷,完整保留8卷,其他卷片斷性保留,只有第18卷完全佚失。作者奧魯斯·杰流斯(125-180年)出生于羅馬,時(shí)值阿德里亞努斯皇帝統(tǒng)治時(shí)期,此時(shí)的雅典已成為羅馬帝國的一個(gè)自治市,不復(fù)為希臘世界的領(lǐng)袖,在那個(gè)時(shí)候,留學(xué)雅典對(duì)于羅馬人如同留學(xué)美國對(duì)于中國人,是一種時(shí)尚。
