【摘要】： 和諧的警民關(guān)系是和諧社會的重要組成部分。構(gòu)建和諧警民關(guān)系,就必須深入學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,認(rèn)真研究、發(fā)現(xiàn)、整改隊(duì)伍中存在的問題,切實(shí)做到在執(zhí)法理念上堅(jiān)持以社會主義法治理念為指導(dǎo),端正執(zhí)法思想,轉(zhuǎn)變執(zhí)法觀念,更加自覺地把執(zhí)法為民思想化作具體行動,把維護(hù)好、實(shí)現(xiàn)好、發(fā)展好最廣大人民群眾的根本利益作為公安機(jī)關(guān)工作的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)。然而,公安民警在融入社會的過程中與人民群眾之間產(chǎn)生了一些無形的、由諸多因素引起的問題,這些問題使本應(yīng)和諧的警民關(guān)系出現(xiàn)了一些瑕疵。本文從這些問題著手,一方面闡述這些問題的表現(xiàn)形式以及分析這些問題的成因。另一方面,對于解決這類問題,提出一些淺見。最后,扼要總結(jié)了本文的論述重點(diǎn)及意義。從國家穩(wěn)定,社會發(fā)展,國民利益三個角度,闡述了和諧警民關(guān)系對于建設(shè)社會主義和諧社會的重要意義。
[Abstract]:Harmonious police-civilian relationship is an important part of harmonious society. To build a harmonious relationship between the police and the people, we must deeply study and practice the scientific concept of development, study carefully, find out the problems existing in the rectification and reform of the ranks, and conscientiously adhere to the idea of socialist rule of law as a guide and correct the thought of enforcing the law in terms of the concept of law enforcement. We should change the concept of law enforcement and more consciously turn the idea of law enforcement for the people into concrete actions, take maintaining, realizing well, and developing the fundamental interests of the broadest masses of the people as the starting point and foothold of the work of the public security organs. However, in the process of integrating into society, there are some invisible problems between the police and the people, which are caused by many factors, which cause some defects in the harmonious relationship between the police and the people. This article begins with these problems, on the one hand, expounds the manifestation of these problems and analyzes the causes of these problems. On the other hand, some opinions are put forward to solve this kind of problem. Finally, the emphasis and significance of this paper are summarized briefly. From three angles of national stability, social development and national interests, this paper expounds the significance of harmonious police-civilian relations for building a harmonious socialist society.
