【摘要】：[目的/意義]大數(shù)據(jù)帶來了思維方式的變革,以大數(shù)據(jù)思維重新審視數(shù)據(jù)、警察、警察組織、警務(wù)決策以及犯罪治理,現(xiàn)代警務(wù)需要確立全新的大數(shù)據(jù)思維方式,方可破解傳統(tǒng)犯罪情報分析的困局。[方法/過程]從剖析警務(wù)視野下的大數(shù)據(jù)思維入手,界定了大數(shù)據(jù)思維語境下的犯罪情報分析的內(nèi)涵、內(nèi)容和流程。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]大數(shù)據(jù)語境下的犯罪情報分析,是專業(yè)的犯罪分析師圍繞犯罪學(xué)意義上的"犯罪問題",采用系統(tǒng)的、科學(xué)的數(shù)據(jù)分析過程和方法,對犯罪相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析和系統(tǒng)研究,以識別犯罪模式,發(fā)現(xiàn)犯罪誘因,及時采取有針對性的治理措施,從而為警方有效地打擊、減少和預(yù)防犯罪提供全方位的情報支持的過程。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] big data has brought about a change in the way of thinking. In order to re-examine the data, police organization, police decision-making and crime management, modern policing needs to establish a completely new way of thinking. In order to solve the problem of traditional criminal intelligence analysis. [method / process] starting with the analysis of big data's thinking in the field of police affairs, this paper defines the connotation, content and process of criminal intelligence analysis in the context of big data's thinking. [results / conclusion] the analysis of criminal intelligence in the context of big data is a systematic and scientific data analysis process and method used by professional crime analysts around "crime problems" in the sense of criminology. To carry out statistical analysis and systematic research on the relevant data of crime in order to identify the crime pattern, find out the inducement of the crime, and take timely targeted measures to deal with the crime, so as to effectively crack down on it for the police. The process of reducing and preventing crime by providing comprehensive intelligence support.
