【摘要】：長期以來,我國一直非常重視“三農”問題,在當前經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展、社會轉型時期,由傳統(tǒng)農村向新農村轉變過程中,農民的思想和行為方式發(fā)生了深刻變化,伴隨著社會關系的變化,引發(fā)農村社會治安呈現(xiàn)出復雜多變的態(tài)勢。 農村常見的社會治安問題仍然居高不下,新型違法犯罪不斷滲透,當前社會轉型時期錯綜復雜的社會問題導致社會秩序出現(xiàn)危機,影響農村社會穩(wěn)定的治安問題不斷演變。本文著重研究目前形勢下農村出現(xiàn)違法犯罪的表現(xiàn)、原因及發(fā)展趨勢,探尋治理農村治安問題的對策,通過進一步加強公民道德教育,創(chuàng)造良好的社會文化氛圍,又要在黨委政府的堅強領導下,各級公安機關進一步加強農村警務室建設,探索農村社會治安綜合治理新辦法,不斷開創(chuàng)農村社會治安新局面,為建設社會主義新農村創(chuàng)造良好的外部環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:For a long time, China has attached great importance to the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". During the period of rapid economic development and social transformation, the farmers' thinking and behavior have undergone profound changes in the process of transition from traditional rural areas to new rural areas. With the change of social relations, rural social security presents a complex and changeable situation. The common social security problems in rural areas are still high, the new type of illegal crimes continue to infiltrate, the complex social problems in the period of social transformation lead to the crisis of social order, which affects the stability of rural society. This paper focuses on the manifestations, causes and development trends of the illegal crimes in the countryside under the present situation, and explores the countermeasures to deal with the problems of rural public security. Through further strengthening the moral education of the citizens, we can create a good social and cultural atmosphere. Under the strong leadership of party committees and governments, public security organs at all levels should further strengthen the construction of rural police offices, explore new methods for comprehensive management of rural social security, and continuously open up a new situation of rural social security. To build a new socialist countryside to create a good external environment.
