【摘要】：國(guó)家安全是國(guó)家生存和發(fā)展最基本、最重要的前提。習(xí)近平總書(shū)記審時(shí)度勢(shì)、高屋建瓴,適時(shí)提出要"堅(jiān)持總體國(guó)家安全觀,走出一條中國(guó)特色國(guó)家安全道路"�？傮w國(guó)家安全觀是時(shí)代的產(chǎn)物,同時(shí)又為時(shí)代注入了新的內(nèi)涵。習(xí)近平總書(shū)記曾指出:"增強(qiáng)憂患意識(shí),做到居安思危,是我們治黨治國(guó)必須始終堅(jiān)持的一個(gè)重大原則。我們黨要鞏固執(zhí)政地位,要團(tuán)結(jié)帶領(lǐng)人民堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義,保證國(guó)家安全是頭等大事。"總體國(guó)家安全觀是以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央對(duì)國(guó)家安全理論的重大創(chuàng)新,強(qiáng)調(diào)要"構(gòu)建集政治安全、國(guó)土安全、軍事安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)安全、文化安全、社會(huì)安全、科技安全、信息安全、生態(tài)安全、資源安全、核安全等于一體的國(guó)家安全體系"。近日,人民論壇編輯部采訪整理了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜覍W(xué)者對(duì)總體國(guó)家安全觀的討論,現(xiàn)將部分專(zhuān)家觀點(diǎn)摘錄如下。
[Abstract]:National security is the most basic and most important prerequisite for the survival and development of the state.
