【摘要】：改革開放以來形成的關于經濟現代化與犯罪的多種理論觀點中,"代價論"是比較有說服力的。這些年,我國犯罪率不斷上升,經濟現代化的發(fā)展是其原因之一。這里面既有市場經濟方面的原因,也有經濟結構方面的原因,還有對外開放方面的原因。要扼制犯罪不斷上升,必須正確認識經濟現代化與犯罪的關系,把發(fā)展市場經濟與加強精神文明建設結合起來,同時解決貧富差距過大的問題。
[Abstract]:Among the theories on economic modernization and crime formed since the reform and opening up, the "cost theory" is more persuasive. In recent years, the crime rate in China has been rising, and the development of economic modernization is one of the reasons. There are reasons for market economy, economic structure and opening to the outside world. In order to curb the rising of crime, we must correctly understand the relationship between economic modernization and crime, combine the development of market economy with the construction of spiritual civilization, and solve the problem that the gap between the rich and the poor is too large.
