【摘要】：由于我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段正處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期,積累了很多矛盾,涉及多個(gè)層面,加之我國(guó)人口基數(shù)大,一旦民眾聚集起來(lái)引發(fā)“建設(shè)性破壞”——群體性事件,必然會(huì)給我國(guó)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定造成嚴(yán)重的破壞,社會(huì)管理難度加大,單單依靠政府的作用,很難有效地做到對(duì)群體性事件的控制與預(yù)防,阻礙了我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程,加劇了社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的陣痛,所以必須加強(qiáng)對(duì)群體性事件的預(yù)防與控制,而在這一方面,以前的研究大多集中于政府對(duì)群體性事件的介入研究,較少能涉及到第三方的社會(huì)組織對(duì)群體性事件的介入,所以本文創(chuàng)新視角,以我國(guó)最具特色的人民團(tuán)體——群團(tuán)組織入手,結(jié)合群體性事件自身的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),通過研究群團(tuán)組織介入群體性的優(yōu)勢(shì)和問題,提出改進(jìn)策略,幫助找到更好地預(yù)防與控制群體性事件的方式,創(chuàng)新社會(huì)管理。
[Abstract]:As our country is in a period of social transformation at this stage, it has accumulated a lot of contradictions, involving many aspects, in addition to the large population base of our country, once the people gather together to trigger "constructive destruction" -mass incidents, It will inevitably cause serious damage to our country's infrastructure, social stability, and increase the difficulty of social management. Relying solely on the role of the government, it is very difficult to effectively control and prevent mass incidents, thus hindering the process of social development in our country. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of mass incidents. In this respect, most of the previous studies focused on the intervention of the government in mass incidents. There are few social organizations involved in the involvement of third parties in group events, so this paper innovates the perspective, starting with the most characteristic people's organization-group organization, combined with the development characteristics of group events themselves. By studying the advantages and problems of group organization's intervention in group, this paper puts forward some improving strategies to help to find a better way to prevent and control group events, and to innovate social management.
