【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展推動(dòng)著中國(guó)從網(wǎng)絡(luò)大國(guó)到網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)國(guó)不斷前進(jìn),并深深嵌入社會(huì)生活、工作生產(chǎn)、商業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)和政務(wù)服務(wù)過(guò)程。習(xí)近平總書記立足世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的主流趨勢(shì)和中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的突出問(wèn)題,圍繞網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)國(guó)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全、網(wǎng)上群眾路線、網(wǎng)絡(luò)主權(quán)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運(yùn)共同體,提出了諸多新思想新觀點(diǎn)新論斷。這些思想觀點(diǎn)成為認(rèn)知中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展與治理方案的重要指引,也成為治國(guó)理政思想體系的重要組成。
[Abstract]:The development of the Internet has pushed China from a network power to a network power, and is deeply embedded in the process of social life, work production, business operation and government affairs service. General Secretary Xi Jinping, based on the mainstream trend of the development of the world's Internet and the outstanding problems of China's Internet development, revolves around the network power, network governance, network security, network mass line, network sovereignty and network space destiny community. Put forward many new ideas, new viewpoints and new judgments. These ideas have become an important guide to the understanding of China's Internet development and governance plan, and also an important component of the ideological system of governing the country.
