【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國社區(qū)警務(wù)工作存在一些問題。其主要原因是:社區(qū)警務(wù)固守傳統(tǒng)觀念,缺乏創(chuàng)新;社區(qū)警務(wù)、社會治安綜合治理和社會治安防控體系三者之間在理解、運(yùn)作中存在一些矛盾;社區(qū)警察職責(zé)權(quán)限范圍和參與社會管理范圍較小,不利于社區(qū)警務(wù)的運(yùn)行。社區(qū)警務(wù)的核心價值是:提高社區(qū)公眾的生活質(zhì)量,減少犯罪對社區(qū)公眾生活的影響,警察與社區(qū)公眾相互協(xié)作、配合,共同化解產(chǎn)生犯罪和影響社區(qū)生活質(zhì)量的各種不利因素。應(yīng)改革和強(qiáng)化社區(qū)警務(wù),擺正社區(qū)警務(wù)在公安工作中的位置,加強(qiáng)社區(qū)警務(wù)培訓(xùn),社區(qū)警務(wù)與社區(qū)自治相結(jié)合,完善社區(qū)警務(wù)執(zhí)法手段。
[Abstract]:At present , there are some problems in community policing work in our country . The main reason is that community policing holds the traditional concept and lacks innovation ; community policing , public security comprehensive governance and public security control system have some contradictions in understanding and operation ; the core value of community policing is to improve the quality of life of community public and reduce the influence of crime on community public life . The core value of community policing is to improve community policing , to coordinate community policing in public security work , to strengthen community policing training , community policing and community autonomy , and to improve community policing law enforcement .
