【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代項目管理中,逐步引入了風(fēng)險管理技術(shù),強調(diào)對項目目標(biāo)的主動控制,以預(yù)防和控制項目實施過程中遭遇的風(fēng)險和干擾因素,從而減少損失。因此,在項目管理中建立風(fēng)險管理策略和規(guī)劃,并在項目的生命周期中不斷控制風(fēng)險是非常重要和必須的。 本文首先從當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外項目風(fēng)險管理研究的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),介紹了寶鋼改造項目風(fēng)險管理概況,進而指出了本文研究的內(nèi)容、意義及方法。接著,從風(fēng)險與風(fēng)險管理的含義、項目風(fēng)險的識別和衡量、鋼鐵企業(yè)改造項目的風(fēng)險管理等角度,回顧了項目風(fēng)險管理的相關(guān)理論及方法,闡明了鋼鐵企業(yè)改造項目風(fēng)險研究的重要性和必要性。然后,針對寶鋼火災(zāi)報警系統(tǒng)改造項目,結(jié)合其背景、項目實施與過程,對其改造過程中風(fēng)險識別的過程與方法進行了分析,在對整體和特定領(lǐng)域風(fēng)險識別的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)提煉出了該項目改造過程中的各種風(fēng)險因素并進行了分類。最后,通過對各種風(fēng)險因素的考量,并結(jié)合寶鋼的實際情況,對該項目的改造進行了風(fēng)險決策,制定了該項目風(fēng)險管理計劃,通過做好前期工作,以及在過程中采取積極的防范措施,有效規(guī)避各類技術(shù)風(fēng)險。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文還建立了一種有效的項目改造風(fēng)險決策模型,進而提出了項目改造風(fēng)險防范基本措施。 本文對寶鋼火災(zāi)報警系統(tǒng)改造項目所進行的風(fēng)險分析、風(fēng)險度量、風(fēng)險決策以及風(fēng)險防范等不僅適用于寶鋼的項目改造,而且對同類型的企業(yè)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,可推廣應(yīng)用到其他鋼鐵企業(yè)改造項目中去。
[Abstract]:In modern project management, risk management technology has been introduced step by step, emphasizing active control of project objectives to prevent and control the risk and interference encountered in the process of project implementation, thereby reducing losses. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to establish the risk management strategy and plan in the project management, and to constantly control the risk in the project life cycle. Based on the present situation of project risk management at home and abroad, this paper introduces the general situation of risk management in Baosteel transformation project, and then points out the content, significance and method of this study. Then, from the point of view of the meaning of risk and risk management, the identification and measurement of project risk, and the risk management of transformation project of iron and steel enterprises, the relevant theories and methods of project risk management are reviewed. This paper expounds the importance and necessity of research on the risk of transformation projects in iron and steel enterprises. Then, according to the reconstruction project of Baosteel fire alarm system, combined with its background, project implementation and process, the process and method of risk identification in the transformation process are analyzed, and on the basis of risk identification in the whole and specific field, The paper summarizes and classifies all kinds of risk factors in the transformation process of the project. Finally, through the consideration of various risk factors and combined with the actual situation of Baosteel, the risk decision is made for the transformation of the project, and the risk management plan of the project is formulated. And in the process of taking active preventive measures to effectively avoid all kinds of technical risks. On this basis, this paper also established an effective project transformation risk decision-making model, and then put forward the basic measures of project transformation risk prevention. In this paper, the risk analysis, risk measurement, risk decision and risk prevention are not only suitable for the transformation of Baosteel fire alarm system, but also have certain guiding significance for the same type of enterprises. It can be popularized and applied to other iron and steel enterprise reconstruction projects.
