【摘要】： 每一種客觀存在都有其存在的原因。腐敗作為一種社會(huì)現(xiàn)象普遍存在于各種形式的社會(huì)機(jī)體中。所以,腐敗犯罪的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展也有其特定的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等方面的原因。筆者將另辟蹊徑,從心理學(xué)視角,探討功利型腐敗犯罪的心理機(jī)制與預(yù)防措施。 本文共分為三部分：第一章腐敗犯罪心理分析的若干命題假設(shè)。筆者借鑒西方心理學(xué)中精神分析學(xué)派、行為學(xué)派、認(rèn)知學(xué)派關(guān)于“貪婪”、“需要”等理論假設(shè),探討腐敗犯罪的深層次心理機(jī)制。第二章腐敗犯罪心理預(yù)防的若干對(duì)策構(gòu)想。筆者在第一章腐敗犯罪心理機(jī)制分析的基礎(chǔ)之上分別對(duì)腐敗分子的深層次心理動(dòng)力、不良的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境以及認(rèn)知歪曲,提出有針對(duì)性的腐敗犯罪心理預(yù)防措施。第三章腐敗犯罪心理預(yù)防的特別對(duì)策。筆者將介紹誠(chéng)信測(cè)試制度與心理分析制度,來加強(qiáng)國(guó)家公職人員選任、培養(yǎng)的科學(xué)性與有效性。
[Abstract]:Each objective existence has its own reason for existence. Corruption as a social phenomenon generally exists in various forms of social organism. Therefore, the emergence and development of corruption crime also has its specific political, economic, cultural and other reasons. The author will explore the psychological mechanism and preventive measures of utilitarian corruption crime from the perspective of psychology. This article is divided into three parts: the first chapter of the psychological analysis of corruption crimes some propositional hypotheses. Based on the theoretical hypotheses of "greed" and "need" in western psychology, such as psychoanalytic school, behavioral school and cognitive school, the author probes into the deep-seated psychological mechanism of corruption crime. Chapter two: some countermeasures of prevention of corruption crime psychology. Based on the analysis of the psychological mechanism of corruption crime in the first chapter, the author puts forward the preventive measures of corruption crime psychology on the basis of deep psychological motivation, poor learning environment and cognitive distortion of corrupt elements. The third chapter is the special countermeasures of psychological prevention of corruption crime. The author will introduce the integrity testing system and psychological analysis system to strengthen the scientific and effective training of national public officials.
