【摘要】：正2008年6月8日至11日,"中美青少年團(tuán)伙犯罪問(wèn)題研究"研討會(huì)在浙江警察學(xué)院召開(kāi)。本次會(huì)議由美國(guó)山姆·休斯敦州立大學(xué)刑事司法學(xué)院、浙江警察學(xué)院、北京大學(xué)犯罪問(wèn)題研究中心共同舉辦,浙江警察學(xué)院承辦。通過(guò)本次研討會(huì),構(gòu)筑起了中美青少年團(tuán)伙犯罪問(wèn)題研究的學(xué)術(shù)平臺(tái),啟動(dòng)了"中美青少年團(tuán)伙犯罪問(wèn)題"研究計(jì)劃。來(lái)自國(guó)內(nèi)外十余名青少年犯罪問(wèn)題專(zhuān)家學(xué)者參加了本次研討會(huì)。美國(guó)專(zhuān)家分別為:美國(guó)山姆·休斯頓州立大學(xué)刑事司法學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)維森特·韋布(Vincent.Webb)博士、趙繼宏(Jihong Salomon Zhao)博士、美國(guó)亞利桑那大學(xué)犯罪學(xué)與刑事司法學(xué)院副教授、暴力預(yù)防與社區(qū)安全研究中心主任查里斯·凱茨(Charles M.Katz)博士、美國(guó)大學(xué)司法、法學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)系副教授愛(ài)德華·麥格爾(Edward R.Maguire)博士。中方專(zhuān)家分別為:中國(guó)犯罪學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、北京大學(xué)法學(xué)院博導(dǎo)趙國(guó)玲教授、華東政法大學(xué)徐建教授、上海海關(guān)學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)肖建國(guó)教授、華東政法大學(xué)副教授、姚建龍博士、上海市人民檢察院偵查監(jiān)督處樊榮慶副處長(zhǎng)、浙江警察學(xué)院金誠(chéng)教授等。
[Abstract]:From June 8 to 11, 2008, the seminar on Chinese-American Youth gang Crime was held at Zhejiang Police Academy. The conference was jointly organized by Sam Houston State University School of Criminal Justice, Zhejiang Police Academy, Peking University Center for Crime Studies, and Zhejiang Police College. Through this seminar, the academic platform for the study of youth gang crime in China and the United States has been established, and the research program of "the problem of juvenile gang crime in China and America" has been launched. More than ten experts and scholars from home and abroad on juvenile delinquency attended the seminar. American experts are: Dr. Vicente Webb, Dean of the School of Criminal Justice, Sam Houston State University, USA; Dr. Zhao Jihong Jihong Salomon Zhao.; and Associate Professor, School of Criminology and Criminal Justice, University of Arizona, USA. Dr. Charles M. Katzn, Director, Center for violence Prevention and Community Security Research, and Dr. Edward R. Maguirere, Associate Professor, Department of Justice, Law and Sociology, American University. The Chinese experts are: vice President of the Chinese Criminal Society, Professor Zhao Guoling, Ph.D., School of Law, Peking University, Professor Xu Jian, East China University of political Science and Law, Professor Xiao Jianguo, Vice President of Shanghai Customs College, Associate Professor, East China University of political Science and Law, Dr. Yao Jianlong, Shanghai Municipal people's Procuratorate investigation Supervision Department Fan Rongqing Deputy Director, Zhejiang Police Academy Professor Jincheng, and so on.
