【摘要】：城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)是創(chuàng)造城市安全的可防控空間的綜合手段,應(yīng)該充分發(fā)揮犯罪防控效應(yīng)。在闡述防控犯罪基本理念的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)揮犯罪防控效應(yīng)的各種途徑。功能分區(qū)規(guī)劃要科學(xué)劃分功能區(qū),合理配置建設(shè)用地,制定適當(dāng)?shù)慕ㄖ?guī)劃標(biāo)準(zhǔn),合理確定人口規(guī)模。建筑組合設(shè)計(jì)在進(jìn)行建筑單體組合設(shè)計(jì)和建筑群體組合設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),要為防控犯罪提供有利條件。建筑單體設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),要按照住宅建筑、公共設(shè)施建筑、高層建筑與智能化建筑的不同情況與需要分別對(duì)待。對(duì)外交通規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)與對(duì)內(nèi)交通規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)都要在保障交通功能的基礎(chǔ)上消除可能存在的犯罪盲區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Urban planning and design is a comprehensive means to create a safe and controllable space for the city, so the crime prevention and control effect should be brought into full play. On the basis of expounding the basic concept of crime prevention and control, This paper studies various ways for urban planning and design to exert the effect of crime prevention and control. Functional zoning planning should be scientifically divided into functional areas, reasonable allocation of construction land, establishment of appropriate building planning standards, Reasonable determination of population size. When building combination design is carried out, it is necessary to provide favorable conditions for crime prevention and control when carrying out building combination design and building group combination design. When building monomer design, it should be designed according to residential buildings and public facilities buildings, The different situations and needs of high-rise building and intelligent building should be treated separately. Both external traffic planning and internal traffic planning and design should eliminate the possible crime blind zone on the basis of ensuring traffic function.
