【摘要】：在被害者損害恢復(fù)視角下,構(gòu)建新的少年非行類型,以此為基礎(chǔ)確認關(guān)懷被害者家屬之必要。提倡建立被害者損害恢復(fù)保險制度,并對各非行少年處遇機關(guān)中與被害者損害恢復(fù)相關(guān)措施進行研討。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the victim's damage recovery, the author establishes a new type of juvenile delinquency, which confirms the necessity of caring for the victim's family, and advocates the establishment of the victim's damage recovery insurance system. And the victims in the juvenile department and the victim recovery related measures were discussed.
