【摘要】：正沒有完善的市場經(jīng)濟法治環(huán)境,就不存在真正的市場經(jīng)濟。經(jīng)過三十多年的改革與發(fā)展,我國在建立和健全市場經(jīng)濟法治環(huán)境方面,取得了一定的成績,但是距離完善的市場經(jīng)濟法治仍然有相當?shù)木嚯x,其不足主要表現(xiàn)為:政府和市場的關(guān)系缺乏規(guī)矩,不同所有制的經(jīng)濟成分在參與市場的資源配置活動和分享市場的資源配置成果時的地位不平等。黨的十八屆三中全會發(fā)布了《中共中央關(guān)于全面深化改革若干重大問題的決定》(下稱"《決定》"),其中關(guān)于改革的長遠目標就是要建立和健全完善的市場經(jīng)濟法治環(huán)境,建
[Abstract]:There is no perfect market economy environment for the rule of law, there is no real market economy. After more than 30 years of reform and development, China has made some achievements in establishing and perfecting the legal environment of the market economy, but there is still a considerable distance from the perfect market economy rule of law, its shortcomings are mainly manifested in the lack of rules in the relationship between the government and the market, and the unequal position of the economic components of different ownership in participating in the resource allocation activities of the market and sharing the results of the resource allocation in the market. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee issued the decision of the CPC Central Committee on some important issues of deepening Reform in an all-round way (hereinafter referred to as "the decision"). The long-term goal of the reform is to establish and improve the legal environment of the market economy and build a sound legal environment for the market economy.
