【摘要】：高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作已成為深化高等教育改革的重要內(nèi)容,目前產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作還面臨著合作主體地位與作用、權(quán)力與義務(wù)、合作依據(jù)、關(guān)系界定、合作成果產(chǎn)權(quán)與利益交割、科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化等諸多法律問題。進(jìn)一步明確產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作各方法律義務(wù)與道德責(zé)任,健全產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作機(jī)制,破解制約產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的各種法律問題,對(duì)促進(jìn)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的深入開展意義重大。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between industry, university and research has become an important part of deepening the reform of higher education. At present, the cooperation between industry, university and research is still faced with many legal issues, such as the status and function of the main body of cooperation, the power and obligation, the basis of cooperation, the definition of relationship, the delivery of property rights and interests of cooperative results, the transformation of scientific research results, and so on. It is of great significance to further clarify the legal obligations and moral responsibilities of all parties in industry-university-research cooperation, improve the mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation, and solve all kinds of legal problems that restrict industry-university-research cooperation.
