【摘要】：正法治思維對(duì)法治建設(shè)有重要的意義。沒(méi)有法治思維作為基礎(chǔ),法治中國(guó)建設(shè)就難以順利推進(jìn)。對(duì)于法治國(guó)家、法治政府、法治社會(huì)三位一體的法治中國(guó)建設(shè)來(lái)說(shuō),不僅涉及制度體制的改革,也牽涉政府、政黨、社會(huì)組織、公民等各方主體的思想與行為的轉(zhuǎn)變。全面推進(jìn)法治中國(guó)建設(shè)屬于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的重要活動(dòng),既包含法治在內(nèi)的社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的塑造,也牽涉人們思維方式和行為方式的轉(zhuǎn)換。法治中國(guó)建設(shè)首先涉及管理體制改革,但僅有體制的改變還不足以全面推進(jìn)法治中國(guó)的建設(shè),法學(xué)研究者必須注意對(duì)法治思維的凝練以及法學(xué)教育對(duì)法治思維的普及。在
[Abstract]:The thinking of rule by law is of great significance to the construction of rule of law. Without the rule of law thought as the foundation, the rule of law China construction is difficult to advance smoothly. For the construction of a country ruled by law, a government ruled by law and a society ruled by law, the construction of China under the rule of law not only involves the reform of the system, but also involves the transformation of the ideology and behavior of the main bodies of the government, political parties, social organizations, citizens and so on.
