【摘要】：伊拉克庫(kù)爾德地區(qū)擁有豐富的石油資源,占整個(gè)伊拉克石油儲(chǔ)量的40%以上,但伊拉克政府和庫(kù)爾德政府在石油利益上的爭(zhēng)議和糾紛,使得眾多投資者對(duì)在庫(kù)爾德進(jìn)行石油投資望而止步。本文綜合研究了伊拉克及庫(kù)爾德地區(qū)的相關(guān)法律制度,并結(jié)合伊拉克庫(kù)爾德地區(qū)石油投資的實(shí)踐,詳細(xì)分析了在庫(kù)爾德地區(qū)進(jìn)行石油投資應(yīng)該重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的石油合同效力、原油出口等重要法律問(wèn)題,為中國(guó)投資者在庫(kù)爾德地區(qū)進(jìn)行石油投資提供指引。
[Abstract]:Iraq's Kurdish region is rich in oil resources, accounting for more than 40 percent of Iraq's oil reserves. But the Iraqi government and the Kurdish government have disputes and disputes over oil interests. So that many investors in the Kurdish oil investment in the hope and stop. This paper comprehensively studies the relevant legal systems in Iraq and Kurdistan region, and combines the practice of oil investment in Iraqi Kurdistan region, and analyzes in detail the effectiveness of oil contract which should be paid more attention to in oil investment in Kurdistan region. Important legal issues, such as crude oil exports, provide guidance for Chinese investors to invest in oil in the Kurdish region.
