【摘要】：清末開啟了中國(guó)新聞法制走向近代化的先河其標(biāo)志性事件是頒布了中國(guó)歷史上第一部《欽定憲法大綱》、《大清印刷物專律》、《大清報(bào)律》、《大清著作權(quán)律》等,在憲法性文件中第一次規(guī)定了言論著作出版等表現(xiàn)自由。
[Abstract]:In the late Qing Dynasty, the first landmark event of the modernization of China's news legal system was the promulgation of the first "Imperial Constitution outline", the "Qing print Law", the "Qing newspaper Law", the "Qing copyright Law", and so on. For the first time in a constitutional document, freedom of expression, such as the publication of works of speech, is stipulated.
