【摘要】：正聶樹斌案的改判,必將在全社會產(chǎn)生信仰法治、信賴司法的正能量,我們應該記住為公平正義而努力、奮斗的過程,同時要從中汲取教訓,不要心胸狹隘,更不能知錯不改2016年12月2日,最高人民法院第二巡回法庭對聶樹斌故意殺人、強奸婦女再審案公開宣判,宣告撤銷原審判決,改判聶樹斌無罪。此案的再審改判,踐行了實事求是、有錯必糾的一貫方針,人民群眾感受到了公平正義。這是社會進步、司法公正、依法治國的生動體現(xiàn)。聶樹斌案
[Abstract]:The revision of the case of Zheng Nie Shubin will certainly produce positive energy in the whole society of believing in the rule of law and relying on justice. We should remember the process of striving for fairness and justice, and at the same time we should learn from it and not be narrow-minded. Even more, on December 2, 2016, the second Circuit Court of the Supreme people's Court pronounced a public verdict on Nie Shubin's case of intentional homicide and rape of a woman, declared that the original trial judgment was annulled, and revised Nie Shubin's acquittal. The retrial and revision of the case practice the consistent policy of seeking truth from facts and correcting mistakes, and the masses feel fair and just.
