【摘要】：建設(shè)法治社會,必須堅(jiān)持一手抓法治、一手抓德治。法治以其剛性的、強(qiáng)制性規(guī)范要求社會成員的日常行為,德治以其柔性的、輿論性感召提高社會成員的道德境界。道德是法律的人文基礎(chǔ),法律是道德的制度保障。只講道德不講法律,道德就會變得蒼白無力;只講法律不講道德,法律就失去百姓誠服。
[Abstract]:To build a society ruled by law, we must stick to the rule of law with one hand and rule by virtue on the other. The rule of law requires the daily behavior of social members with its rigid, mandatory norms, and the rule of virtue with its soft, sexy public opinion calls to improve the moral realm of social members. Morality is the humanistic foundation of law, and law is the institutional guarantee of morality. Morality becomes feeble by virtue, and law by law, and the law loses its obedience.
