【摘要】：我國(guó)是多民族國(guó)家,在各民族的交流互動(dòng)中,涉及民族因素的社會(huì)矛盾糾紛時(shí)有發(fā)生,預(yù)防與處置這類(lèi)矛盾糾紛既是相關(guān)部門(mén)的重點(diǎn)工作,也是政治學(xué)、法學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、民族學(xué)等學(xué)科研究的重要內(nèi)容。近30年來(lái),學(xué)界對(duì)這類(lèi)矛盾糾紛的性質(zhì)、類(lèi)型、特點(diǎn)、原因及解決機(jī)制進(jìn)行了深入探討,取得了豐碩成果。當(dāng)前,需要牢固樹(shù)立涉及民族因素的社會(huì)矛盾糾紛化解法治化思維,通過(guò)加強(qiáng)學(xué)科之間的融合、綜合多學(xué)科理論資源及強(qiáng)化實(shí)證研究來(lái)推進(jìn)已有研究。
[Abstract]:China is a multi-ethnic country. In the exchange and interaction of various nationalities, social contradictions and disputes involving ethnic factors occur from time to time. The prevention and resolution of such contradictions and disputes is not only the key work of relevant departments, but also political science, law, sociology, etc. The important content of ethnology and other disciplines. In the past 30 years, the academic circles have deeply discussed the nature, types, characteristics, causes and solving mechanisms of such contradictions and disputes, and obtained fruitful results. At present, it is necessary to firmly establish the thinking of resolving social contradictions and disputes involving ethnic factors, and promote the existing research by strengthening the integration of disciplines, synthesizing multi-disciplinary theoretical resources and strengthening empirical research.
