【摘要】：培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新涉外法治人才隊伍,高等學校及科研機構的法學院系是關鍵。有效推進涉外法治工作離不開法律外語人才的參與。法律外語人才既是語言專業(yè)領域的精英,又是法律職業(yè)共同體的重要組成。
[Abstract]:It is the key to train and innovate the qualified personnel for foreign legal affairs in universities and scientific research institutions. The effective promotion of foreign-related rule of law can not be separated from the participation of legal foreign language talents. Legal foreign language talents are not only the elite in the field of language, but also the important composition of the legal professional community.
