【摘要】：回顧美國兒童保護制度的歷史軌跡,不難發(fā)現(xiàn),它最早可以追溯到17世紀初的殖民時期,至今已有四百多年的歷史。美國的兒童保護制度大致經歷了萌芽時期、形成時期、過渡時期和現(xiàn)代化時期四個歷史階段。從最初零星的保護到民間組織發(fā)揮主導作用,從兒童保護的低潮到政府發(fā)揮主導作用,美國兒童保護制度歷史演進中蘊含著豐富的社會、經濟和文化內涵。
[Abstract]:Looking back on the historical track of the American child protection system, it is not difficult to find that it can be traced back to the colonial period in the early 17th century and has a history of more than 400 years. The system of child protection in America has experienced four historical stages: embryonic period, forming period, transitional period and modernization period. From the initial sporadic protection to the leading role of civil society organizations, from the low tide of child protection to the leading role of the government, the historical evolution of the American child protection system contains rich social, economic and cultural connotations.
