【摘要】：正下一步的國家治理轉(zhuǎn)型,重要的是以法治建設(shè)為重點(diǎn),法治為先、法治為重、法治為大,改革與國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化不相適應(yīng)的體制機(jī)制、法律法規(guī)中共十八屆四中全會通過的《關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)依法治國若干重大問題的決定》,提出全面依法治國的總體目標(biāo)和重大任務(wù),提出建設(shè)法治中國的許多新觀點(diǎn)和新舉措。這是建設(shè)法治中國的行動綱領(lǐng)。全會提出"面對新形勢新任務(wù),我們黨要更好統(tǒng)籌國內(nèi)國際兩個大局,更好維護(hù)和運(yùn)用我國發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇
[Abstract]:In the next step of the transformation of national governance, it is important to focus on the construction of the rule of law, the rule of law first, the rule of law as the most important, and the rule of law as the big one. The reform does not correspond to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. The "decision on several important issues of comprehensively promoting the Rule of Law" adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee puts forward the overall goal and major task of running the country according to law in an all-round way, and puts forward many new viewpoints and measures for building a country ruled by law. This is the program of action for building a country ruled by law. "in the face of the new situation and new tasks, our party should better coordinate the overall situation at home and abroad, and better safeguard and utilize the important strategic opportunities for our country's development," the plenum said.
