【摘要】：正剛剛召開的十八屆四中全會(huì),第一次在黨的中央全會(huì)上專題研究依法治國問題。在改革攻堅(jiān)期、發(fā)展機(jī)遇期、社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)期,專題研究如何運(yùn)用法治改進(jìn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),是全黨的任務(wù),也是全社會(huì)的期待。法治中國建設(shè)被提升到前所未有的高度,表明了黨中央加快建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國家的堅(jiān)定決心和信心。意味著在依法治國基本方略提出18個(gè)年頭之后,法治中國的建設(shè)進(jìn)
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, which was just held, was devoted to the issue of governing the country according to law for the first time in the plenary session of the CPC Central Committee. It is the task of the whole Party and the expectation of the whole society to study how to use the rule of law to improve the leadership of the Party in the period of reform, the period of opportunity for development and the period of social risk. The construction of China under the rule of law has been promoted to an unprecedented height, indicating the firm determination and confidence of the CPC Central Committee to speed up the construction of a socialist country ruled by law. It means that after the basic strategy of governing the country according to law is put forward 18 years later, the construction of China under the rule of law will advance.
