【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展日趨市場化和差別化,當(dāng)前廣大人民群眾對于公共服務(wù)履行過程中普惠性問題甚為關(guān)注。法國是對公共服務(wù)領(lǐng)域最早立法的國家之一,通過了解法國法律規(guī)定的普遍性與特殊性的問題,來解讀平等性和中立性原則的實質(zhì),以法國經(jīng)驗為鑒,服務(wù)于我國當(dāng)前的公共服務(wù)法律體制改革。
[Abstract]:With the gradual marketization and differentiation of economic and social development in China, the masses are paying close attention to the issue of inclusiveness in the process of public service performance. France is one of the earliest countries to legislate in the field of public service. By understanding the universality and particularity of the provisions of French law, France interprets the essence of the principle of equality and neutrality, drawing lessons from the French experience. Serve our country's current public service legal system reform.
