【摘要】：東坡先生的家鄉(xiāng)眉山士紳喜讀法典,善與地方官員雄辯,東坡先生的文學(xué)風(fēng)格一定程度上受到眉山地域文化的影響。世態(tài)炎涼、落井下石反映了人性的陰暗面,造成這種現(xiàn)象的原因不光與趨利避害的人性有關(guān),而且與法律制度有關(guān),蘇東坡先生一生的遭遇即可印證此點(diǎn)。東坡先生在官場上的所作所為,可以看出一個(gè)封建社會(huì)的官員是怎樣執(zhí)法的。由于東坡先生是著名文學(xué)家,對(duì)他事跡的記載遠(yuǎn)比其他官員更為詳盡,所以,他平生的所作所為,是考察官員遵守法律的極好標(biāo)本。東坡先生一生與佛教的緣分非淺,佛教影響了他的法律人生。東坡先生的詩文如實(shí)地反映了王安石變法中"新法"給百姓帶來的諸多弊端,成為研究王安石變法的重要史料。

Mr. Su poems reflect Wang Anshi in the "new" to The many disadvantages brought by the people became the important historical materials for the study of Wang Anshi's law.
