【摘要】：習(xí)近平總書記指出,"黨大還是法大"是一個偽命題,是一個政治陷阱。在全面推進依法治國的實踐背景下,處理好黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與社會主義法治之間的關(guān)系是建設(shè)法治中國進程中的核心問題。在我國,社會主義法治建設(shè)與中國共產(chǎn)黨的法治探索密不可分,堅持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和社會主義法治建設(shè)之間具有高度契合性。文章通過分析當(dāng)前中國社會上之所以產(chǎn)生"黨治還是法治"、"黨大還是法大"等爭論的影響因素,深刻認(rèn)識黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與社會主義法治之間的關(guān)系,從而在全面推進依法治國的實踐過程中認(rèn)真貫徹黨的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo),保障黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位和執(zhí)政地位不動搖,對于推動實現(xiàn)全面推進依法治國的總目標(biāo)和重大任務(wù),加快建設(shè)法治中國,具有十分重要的意義。
