【摘要】：中國特色社會主義法治是現(xiàn)代法治�，F(xiàn)代法治是現(xiàn)代社會及國家的規(guī)范與制度結(jié)構(gòu)。質(zhì)言之,現(xiàn)代社會的社會秩序形成或社會整合的取得是通過或依賴現(xiàn)代法的。這是由現(xiàn)代社會的特性所決定的�，F(xiàn)代法治可以被區(qū)分為三個(gè)層面的法治:個(gè)人、系統(tǒng)和國家。中國特色社會主義法治是中國特色社會主義社會及國家的規(guī)范與制度結(jié)構(gòu)。與其他現(xiàn)代社會及國家的法治相比較,他的特性在于他是由人民當(dāng)家作主與中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)所構(gòu)成的。人民當(dāng)家作主屬于第一層面的法治,中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)屬于第三層面的法治。
[Abstract]:The socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is the modern rule of law. The modern rule of law is the norm and institutional structure of the modern society and the country. The formation of social order or the acquisition of social integration in modern society are determined by the characteristics of modern society. The modern rule of law can be divided into three levels: the individual. The rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the norm and institutional structure of the socialist society with Chinese characteristics and the national system, compared with the rule of law in other modern societies and countries, His characteristic is that he is composed of the people as the master of his own country and the leadership of the Communist Party of China, which belongs to the first level of the rule of law and the leadership of the Communist Party of China to the third level of the rule of law.
