【摘要】：十一屆三中全會后,中國共產(chǎn)黨歷屆領導集體都重視民主法治建設。習近平總書記上臺后高度重視法治問題,特別是在對待腐敗的問題上采取零容忍的態(tài)度,"蒼蠅"和"老虎"紛紛相繼落馬。中共十八大對依法治國作出全面部署,中共十八屆四中全會以"全面依法治國"為主題。由此可見,中國共產(chǎn)黨對依法治國的重視。本文主要分為三大部分。第一部分是簡要地分析了中國共產(chǎn)黨與依法治國的聯(lián)系,堅持黨的領導是依法治國的前提,依法治國有利于加強和改善黨的領導,黨的領導、人民當家作主和依法治國三者是有機統(tǒng)一的。第二部分梳理了建國后中國法治建設的歷史進程以及中國歷代領導集體在這個歷史進程中作出的主要貢獻。在梳理法治建設歷史進程的基礎上,總結了我國法治建設的幾點基本經(jīng)驗。第三部分是本文的主要內(nèi)容,緊扣"必然性",從歷史發(fā)展趨勢、歷史經(jīng)驗教訓、中國特色社會主義事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展以及經(jīng)濟全球化和全球法治化的浪潮這四個角度進行深入分析,最終得到"依法治國是中國共產(chǎn)黨的必然性選擇"這個結論。
[Abstract]:Since the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, successive leading collectives of the Communist Party of China have attached great importance to the construction of democracy and the rule of law, and General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the issue of the rule of law since he took office, especially by adopting a zero-tolerance attitude on the issue of corruption. "flies" and "tigers" have fallen one after another. The 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made comprehensive arrangements for governing the country according to law, and the theme of the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee has been "ruling the country according to law in an all-round manner." This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is a brief analysis of the relationship between the Communist Party of China and the rule of law, adhere to the leadership of the party is the premise of the rule of law. Governing the country according to law is conducive to strengthening and improving the leadership of the Party and the leadership of the Party. The second part combs the historical process of China's legal construction after the founding of the people and the main contributions made by the Chinese leading collectives in this historical process. On the basis of the historical process of building the rule of law. The third part is the main content of this paper, closely linked to the "inevitability", from the historical development trend, historical experience and lessons. The vigorous development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the wave of economic globalization and the global rule of law are analyzed in depth, and the conclusion that "governing the country according to law is the inevitable choice of the Communist Party of China" is finally obtained.
