文章摘要:丹參在中醫(yī)臨床中的應用歷史悠久,其治療作用廣泛,特別是在治療心血管疾病時具有獨特的療效。丹酚酸及丹參酮類成分是丹參中的主要藥效成分,因其顯著的生物活性備受關注。液質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術(LC-MS)是集分離與分析于一體的具有快速、高靈敏度特點的綜合分析方法,現(xiàn)已廣泛用于中藥成分分析中。通過對國內(nèi)外文獻進行系統(tǒng)整理,對LC-MS技術在丹參有效成分分析中的應用進行總結(jié),以期為科學闡釋丹參藥效物質(zhì)基礎、提高質(zhì)量控制標準、合理利用丹參藥材及含丹參中藥制劑提供參考。
Abstr:Salvia miltiorrhiza(Danshen) is a kind of Chinese materia medica(CMM), and there has been a long history of Danshen for wide use in the treatment of numerous diseases, especially the unique therapeutic effect on cardiovascular disorders. Salvianolic acids and tanshinones are the main effective components in Danshen, which attracts the researchers’ more attention for its significant biological activity. Liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry technique(LC-MS) is a rapid, sensitive, and comprehensive analytical method for the simultaneous separation and analysis, which has been widely used in the study on CMM component analysis. A large number of literatures of the application of LC-MS in the component analysis of Danshen are systematically summarized in this paper, so as to provide some indication for scientific interpretation of the effective material basis, and improve the quality control standard and comprehensive utilization of Danshen and its preparation.
