【摘要】：目的:根據(jù)神經(jīng)心理學(xué)量表,觀察通督調(diào)神針?lè)ㄖ委熤酗L(fēng)后輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙的療效。方法:通過(guò)神經(jīng)心理學(xué)量表評(píng)定,將符合輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙診斷的90例患者隨機(jī)分為治療組、針刺組、藥物組,每組各30例。治療組采用通督調(diào)神針刺治療,針刺對(duì)照組采用調(diào)神通絡(luò)針刺治療,藥物組采用藥物治療.均治療4周。3組均在治療前后進(jìn)行神經(jīng)心理學(xué)量表評(píng)定,并進(jìn)行治療前后及2組間對(duì)比。結(jié)果:通過(guò)MMSE與MOCA量表評(píng)分,3組治療后均高于同組治療前(P0.05),治療組MMSE與MOCA積分改善優(yōu)于針刺對(duì)照組及藥物對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:通督調(diào)神針?lè)▽?duì)改善中風(fēng)后輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙患者的認(rèn)知功能具有臨床意義,是一種臨床有效的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: According to the neuropsychological scale, observe the curative effect of Tongzhi Tiaoshen acupuncture method in the treatment of mild cognitive dysfunction after apoplexy. Methods:90 patients with mild cognitive impairment were randomly divided into the treatment group, the acupuncture group and the drug group by the neuropsychological scale. In the treatment group, the acupuncture and moxibustion therapy was used for the acupuncture and the control group, and the acupuncture control group was treated by regulating the channels and collaterals, and the drug group was treated with the drugs. The neuropsychological scale was evaluated before and after treatment and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The scores of MMSE and MOCA were higher in the treatment group than in the same group (P0.05). The improvement of MMSE and MOCA in the treatment group was better than that of the control group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: It is a clinical and effective method to improve the cognitive function of the patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke.
