【摘要】：肝纖維化是慢性肝病向肝硬化發(fā)展的必經(jīng)階段,中醫(yī)藥干預(yù)在促進(jìn)肝纖維化與一定程度的肝硬化逆轉(zhuǎn)方面具有較好的綜合療效。運(yùn)氣學(xué)說是中醫(yī)學(xué)最重要的基礎(chǔ)理論之一,它是古人用以推測(cè)氣候變化、預(yù)測(cè)疾病盛衰、指導(dǎo)疾病診療調(diào)護(hù)的重要醫(yī)學(xué)遺產(chǎn),多年臨床實(shí)踐證明,它對(duì)肝纖維化的診斷、治療及養(yǎng)生調(diào)護(hù)都有著積極意義和重要作用。文章通過對(duì)運(yùn)氣學(xué)說進(jìn)行挖掘,對(duì)丁酉年的運(yùn)氣特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行推演,結(jié)合肝纖維化的病機(jī)特點(diǎn),探討丁酉年肝纖維化的綜合診治規(guī)律,以期為本年肝纖維化中醫(yī)藥診治及養(yǎng)生調(diào)護(hù)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Liver fibrosis is a necessary stage for the development of chronic liver disease to liver cirrhosis. Traditional Chinese medicine intervention has a good comprehensive effect in promoting liver fibrosis and reversing liver cirrhosis to a certain extent. Luck theory is one of the most important basic theories in traditional Chinese medicine. It is an important medical heritage used by the ancients to speculate climate change, predict the rise and fall of diseases, and guide the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Many years of clinical practice has proved that it plays a positive and important role in the diagnosis, treatment and health care of liver fibrosis. Through excavating the theory of luck, this paper deduces the luck characteristics of Ding Younian, and probes into the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of Ding Younian liver fibrosis according to the pathogenesis characteristics of liver fibrosis, in order to provide reference for the diagnosis, treatment and health care of liver fibrosis in this year.
