【摘要】：痹病之根皆源于濕,濕邪致病特點(diǎn)為黏滯、重著、隱襲、穢濁、潮濕、趨下。故基于古代文獻(xiàn)對(duì)濕與風(fēng)濕病的論述,從風(fēng)濕病的病名、病因病機(jī)、濕邪致病特點(diǎn)以及祛濕的理法方藥進(jìn)行闡釋,說(shuō)明從濕論治風(fēng)濕病的重要性。并引用導(dǎo)師王承德"痹必挾濕"的觀點(diǎn),提出對(duì)痹病的治療應(yīng)注重祛濕,依其寒熱不同有溫補(bǔ)、清補(bǔ)之異。祛濕之法如化、通、溫、滲、燥等,但生濕之源責(zé)之于脾,治濕須理脾。治濕之法有祛風(fēng)除濕、清熱利濕、溫陽(yáng)化濕、淡滲利濕、芳香化濕、燥濕祛濕,并提出相應(yīng)經(jīng)方和經(jīng)驗(yàn)用藥。臨證祛濕應(yīng)當(dāng)注重配伍,可收事半功倍之效。
[Abstract]:The root of arthralgia disease originates from dampness. Dampness evil is characterized by viscosity, heavy attack, filth, humidity and downward trend. Therefore, based on the discussion of dampness and rheumatism in ancient literature, the importance of treating rheumatism from dampness is explained from the name, etiology and pathogenesis, pathogenic characteristics of dampness evil and the prescription of dispelling dampness. According to the viewpoint of Wang Chengde, his mentor, "Bi must carry dampness", this paper puts forward that attention should be paid to dispelling dampness in the treatment of arthralgia disease, which should be supplemented by warming and clearing up according to the difference of cold and heat. The method of dispelling dampness is as follows: turn, pass, warm, infiltrate, dry, etc., but the source of dampness lies in the spleen, and the treatment of dampness must regulate the spleen. The methods of treating dampness include dispelling wind and dehumidification, clearing away heat and dampness, warming yang and removing dampness, light infiltration and dampness, aromatization dampness, dryness dampness and dampness, and put forward the corresponding prescription and experience medicine. Clinical treatment of dampness should pay attention to compatibility, can achieve twice the result with half the effort.
